In 21 days you get: your ONE simple eating method · your new identity as someone who's DONE · the exact blueprint that broke my 31-year diet cycle
The Problem
Tracked the food. Weighed the portions. Said no to the birthday cake. White-knuckled a Tuesday night when everyone else was having wine.
And it worked. Until it didn't.
One hard week. One tired Tuesday. One "I already ruined it" moment that turned into three days and then into starting over on Monday.
You know this pattern. You've lived it more times than you want to count.
Every program you've ever tried was built on the assumption that you'd be perfect. That you'd track every bite, follow every rule, and never have a Tuesday.
But you're a real person. With a real life. And a real Tuesday.
The programs were built to be quit. Because a woman who quits comes back and buys again. That's not a flaw in the model. That's the model.
It was never you.
The Proof Is in the Pattern
My Resume - Age 14 to 45
Plus master cleanse, water fasting, intermittent fasting, Whole 30, high fat low carb, and more. I lost weight on ALL of them. I gained it back on ALL of them.
Same woman. Same "willpower." Completely different system.
What Finally Worked - Ages 45 to 50
My Story
I was 45. I had just regained 25 pounds after my "most successful" diet yet.
I remember standing in my kitchen on a Sunday night, meal prepping to start over again on Monday. Again. I was portioning almonds. ALMONDS. Into little containers. Like I couldn't be trusted with a whole bag.
And I thought: I've been doing this for 31 years. I'm an intelligent woman. I run a business. I can handle complex decisions all day long. But I can't be trusted with almonds?
That's when it hit me: I wasn't the problem. The system was.
I threw out the containers. I stopped tracking. I started eating when I was hungry and stopping when I was full. Like a normal person.
And something magical happened. The weight came off. And stayed off.
Not because I found willpower I didn't have before. Because I stopped fighting my own body with someone else's rules.
In case we haven't met yet...
Hi, I'm Stephanie Lairson.
I'm a business executive who majored in Nutrition and spent 12 years coaching women through the weight loss industry - first selling the solutions, then watching every single one of us gain it all back. Me included. I built this to get myself out. Now you get to use it to get out too.
From My Coaching Practice
"I am finally letting go of the guilt."
I enjoyed this so much. I have a whole new mindset about food and how I feel every time I eat something. I am finally letting go of the guilt whenever I have something I "shouldn't" because it will sabotage all I have done to try to lose the weight. I am beginning to enjoy each meal.

This Is for You If...
You've lost the same weight more than once and you're tired of pretending the next program will be different.
You're not looking for motivation. You have plenty of that. You're looking for something that doesn't fall apart the first time real life shows up.
You've gotten good at starting over. You're just done with having to.
You don't want to think about food this much anymore.
Why Nothing Has Worked
Every time you gained it back, they told you to try harder. Be more disciplined. Want it more.
I call BS.
Keto, calorie counting, macro tracking. You followed every rule flawlessly for 3-6 weeks. Then life happened. One stressful day. One social event. And the whole thing collapsed. Because perfection isn't sustainable. The diet was designed to need perfection. That's the trap.
You felt pumped for two weeks. Then Tuesday happened. A bad meeting. Kids being kids. Reality. And you completely crashed. Because willpower runs out. The industry knows this. They're counting on it.
You logged every bite like it was your job. Because it WAS your job. A full-time, unpaid job that made you obsessed instead of free. The moment you stopped tracking, you stopped losing. That's not success. That's dependency.
Every. Single. Week. You've started over more times than you can count. And every time you start over proves the same thing: the method you're using is built to fail. That's not a bug. That's a feature.
None of these methods fixed the real problem. They ARE the problem.
The Real Cost
Not just the weight you lost and gained back. The other stuff. The stuff the diet industry never puts in the before and after photo.
The family photos you avoided or hated, the date nights and holidays you spent negotiating with yourself instead of just being there, the intimacy you pulled back from because you weren't where you wanted to be yet. The Sunday afternoons lost to meal planning, the recipes saved and never made, the weekly weigh-ins you dreaded, the special foods that cost twice as much and tasted like compromise.
The money, the time, the mental space that should have gone to your actual life.
The real cost of chronic dieting isn't the pounds. It's everything you didn't do while you were busy starting over.
The diet failed you. And it took something from you while it did.
What Makes DONE Different
Every other program adds rules. The DONE Method removes them.
Every other program requires perfection. The DONE Method requires 80%.
Every other program ends. The DONE Method becomes how you eat. Forever.
Perfect is why you keep failing. Simple is why you'll finally stop.
One simple approach. Used consistently, not perfectly. And for the first time in a long time, you stop thinking about food so much.
This isn't weight loss. This is weight loss recovery.

Here's How DONE Actually Works
Think of it like sitting down with a straight-talking friend who's already broken the diet cycle, laying everything out on the table, and walking you day by day from "chronic dieter" to "I'm done."
Week 1
The Truth
Day 1: You write your weight loss resume. Every diet. Every pound lost and regained. You see the pattern.
Days 2-7: Why tracking made you obsessed, not free. Why motivation is the worst weight loss strategy ever invented. Why starting over on Monday is planned failure.
You're going to get mad. Good. Anger is the beginning of freedom.
Week 2
The Choice
You choose between exactly TWO simple methods. Not 7. Not 34. Two.
Pick one. Use it at 80% consistency. Not 100%. Eighty percent.
Good enough beats perfect every single time.
Week 3
The Freedom
This is where everyone else quits. The novelty wears off. The excitement fades. Your brain starts looking for the "next thing."
Not you.
You learn why boring is the goal. Why unremarkable methods create remarkable results. Why the extinction burst happens and how to survive it.
Because real life is where every diet used to fall apart. I've been where you are. I know every excuse, every panic, every way your brain will try to turn this back into a complicated diet. These videos handle it all.

You Don't Need Any of This
Just stop. Stop dieting. Stop tracking. Stop starting over. Stop blaming yourself for a system that was designed to fail you. What you need is one method that works when life isn't perfect.
You've had 49 of them.
Willpower is what got you into this mess.
You've tracked everything there is to track. It didn't work.
Perfect is why you keep failing.
The Choice
And you already know what happens next.
Stop pretending you don't.
Every time you start over, there's a voice that whispers, "I can't keep doing this." You ignore it. You download another app instead.
You've lived this. Over and over.
But Monday is coming either way.
Another strict start. Another week of being "so good." Another Thursday crash. Another weekend of "I'll get back on track Monday."
Another year of the same loop.
Option A
Spend Monday meal prepping for diet #42. Same woman, same broken system, same ending.
Option B
Spend the next 21 days leaving the diet cycle altogether. Stop being someone who's always trying and become someone who's done.
Choice is yours. But Monday doesn't wait.

DONE with Diets in 21 Days is off to an awesome start!
Y'all... I dove head first into Stephanie's new program, DONE with Diets in 21 Days and I'm currently on day 3 and absolutely LOVE the content and philosophy behind it!! It seems so simple... but let's be honest, we are flooded with sooo much information, our brains are on overload and it's time to just make it SIMPLE!! I have been through absolute hell in my personal life the last several years and have totally gotten out of my normal routine, gained back about half of the weight I had lost, and just felt like there was no hope and looking up every diet, quick fix, etc. But SO GLAD I took the leap on this and cannot wait for the next 18 days and then FOREVER with being done with diets!! You guys have to check this out!!!!
Emily has not lost 20 pounds. She is three days in. She has just felt something different. That is the point.
